Just Weighing In

I realized today as I weighed in for the week that it had been a long time since I blogged about my weight loss. I had a great week on the scale for a total weight loss of 34 pounds. I've been exercising regularly now for the past month. I try to walk outside most mornings for approximately three miles. Braden and I love the fresh spring air and conversation with our walking buddies. On rainy days we stay inside and I walk on the treadmill. The best part is that I feel generally healthier. I'm still tired and lacking in the energy department but I think that's just par for motherhood. My goals for the upcoming week are to journal, continue exercising, and drink more water and less caffeine.

You Go Girl! My scale is broken, I swear!
